Ways for get the most gains in a month?

What would be the fastest way to get the most amount of gains in a month? I would say that I’m not a beginner in PE, but I am still new to it. I did Hink’s stretches which I found off reddit and did jelqs. I also did the angion method but have stopped doing it since I read from a post on this forum that it could be damaging for you. What should I add to my routine to reach my goal? I am very open to change anything that is needed in my routine to see gains.
