Do I stretch longer than my BPEL or how do I find the right tension?

Does it not come with instructions?

Andro instructions say to start out at 4cm below your BPEL and add 0.5cm extension every week. I guess you could follow that since the’yre both the same type of extenders.


BP x MEG: 7.0" × 5.0"---> 7.6" x 5.3" (2022-2023)

Next Goal: 8.0" x 5.5" (Next deadline: July 2024).

Extender: 1.2k hours (6/5/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

I’ve been using the Quick Extender Pro for 3 years now, so welcome to the club 💪.

I would measure your BPFSL, then adjust the rods as necessary (pushing down on the springs/extender to measure). So if your BPFSL is, say, 6" - set the extender (the rod lengths at the side) at that length when pushed down. You want your old fella to be stretched - but not so much you can’t wear the extender(!).

I think with the QEP, they recommend you wear it between 2-8 hours a day. So 2 hours is sufficient - but obviously, the longer your wear it, the quicker you’re likely to see gains.


Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Do you think the longer/quicker you stretch. You’ll end up with looser skin, I read on your thread post, you got loose skin. I checked myself and I also got some loose skin and I’m just starting. Only can stretch out 1/4th of an inch though

I’m not sure - but I think maybe the longer you stretch for, the more time your skin is given to stretch and adapt(?).

Yeah that does make sense, how many hours would you put in daily or how was your schedule like?

For the first week, I did 3 hours a day… 2nd week 4 hours… 3rd week 5 hours… From then on, 6 hours a day.

I think as long as you do at least 2 hours a day, you should be OK - but the more hours you can do, the sooner you’ll see results 👍.

Just the standard stuff, really…

- when wearing the extender, make sure your penis is always fully stretched

- take it off every couple of hours (or have regular comfort-breaks)

- don’t go too "full on"… it’s a marathon, not a sprint

- don’t keep measuring… try and keep it to once every few weeks or once a month

- try and have at least 1, maybe 2 days off a week… they’re important
