Hello everyone.

I have been involved in PE since 2015., doing jelqing, stretching and edging, and I’ve gained 0,6” in BPEL and maybe 0,1” in EG. I wasn’t super consistent, and I had many pauses in this journey.

I am 29 years old and my stats are: 7,3” BPEL, 5,2” EG.

I am devoting myself to the journey of bigger and healthier penis, but also of healthier body and mind. I have many goals regarding penis enlargement that I want achieve: increase in BPEL and EG, stronger erections, bigger testicles,

Bigger glans, balanced pelvic floor, healthy libido and etc. I will do my best to achieve those goals.

Currently my routine will consist of manual stretching, and pelvic floor muscle training (IC muscle, reverse kegels). My first goal is to reach 8,00” BPEL. I have also started intermittent fasting (16:8), since I need to lose a lot of fat (60 lbs). Bad habits that are slowing my progress include smoking cigarettes, caffeine consumption, porn (maybe 5-6 times a month), lack of exercise, lack of quality sleep, bad diet. I must change this habits with good ones. So far I have not consumed alcohol for 5 months, which I am very proud of.

I haven’t been very consistent with PE since posting this progress report, so here I go again. I have gained some weight, and lately been thinking that I should concentrate primarily on losing fat. So alongside losing weight, I am going to include exercises to increase my erection quality - kegels, reverse kegels and edging. That is my first step - once I reach certain weight, I will start doing manual stretches.

My stats: - 31 years old, uncircumcised

- weight: 236 lbs (107,00 kg)

- BPEL: 7,10”

- MEG: 5,2”; BEG: 5,5”

I have been doing mostly erect reverse kegels for the past month and a half, and so far I am pleased with results - better EQ and fuller erection. My plan is to start manuals once I reach 220 lbs (100 kg), and then target length.

Today I did testicle massage in the afternoon, for about 15 minutes, and some reverse kegels throughout the day, whenever I noticed I was tense.

This week my routine included testicle massage - every day in the late afternoon for about 15 minutes (took 1 day off). I did erect reverse kegels two days, and few days of edging. Doing also daily bodyweight squats. Looking back I wasn’t very productive/disciplined this week, time to get serious. I must fix my sleep schedule and diet, and incorporate cardio.

Don’t forget minimum 2L water intake per day. It improves life and energy quality :D

Thanks man, I sure won’t :D It is one of my main daily goals to achieve. I believe that in order to reap most benefits out of any endeavor one starts to engage in, he must build solid foundations. In case of PE, this for me means to make sure that fundamental things are done: get lean and fit, sleep well, don’t consume processed foods, alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, exercise, fix pelvic floor and so on. I often overlooked this aspect, but now I go by the rule: get the most out of anything that makes you achieve your results, but in some ”natural” order: for e.g. Do some cardio and lose fat, and see how your erection quality improves. Then when you excell in that area and reach superb fitness, take supplement for better EQ, like l-citrulline, and see how it further improves. The list goes on. That is why I want to see how will erect kegels and reverse kegels, fat loss, testicle massage and other things improve my PE goals. Today I did 15 minutes of testicle massage, followed by 30 minutes of edging with reverse kegels. So far I have noticed slightly bigger testicles and penile girth, improved erection quality and morning wood, and some more prominent veins. I also did 30 min of cardio in the afternoon.

Afternoon 1 session of edging for 30 minutes with reverse kegels. At evening I did 20 minutes of testicle massage, followed by another edging session with kegels and RK, for about 25 minutes. Erections happen faster and are harder. Also I did 30 squats, no cardio.
